Reflect and learn with like-minded others, gaining valuable insights into your practice. Working in small online groups for one hour you'll:

• bring any concerns about using the framework
• discuss your coachee’s reactions to the process
• explore your confidence in using the model
• present any challenges you are finding with the approach
• reflect on your feelings and reactions when coaches don’t respond as you hoped
• gather insights into what to do when the unexpected happens.​
